These general terms and conditions apply when you place an order in our online store at www.beksber.com. It is important that you read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. However, your order will always be subject to the terms that are in force at the time of ordering and that you have accepted at that time. Any changes will be published in the online store as an updated version of the terms. New terms will take effect from the moment you accept them, i.e. when you place a new order.

International shipping

At the moment, BEKSBER unfortunately does not offer international sales or deliveries.


 

When will I receive my order?

We normally process orders within 3 business days. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. The order processing time is an estimate, and the customer has the right to cancel the order if there is a significant delay in processing.

Please note that during busy sales seasons, sale periods, or campaigns, order processing and delivery may take longer. We will send the customer a separate email notification once the order is ready for shipment. BEKSBER is not responsible for any consequences caused by possible delivery delays.

Please note! The accuracy of the contact and address details provided in the order, as well as the products selected in the order, are the customer's responsibility.

Return policy

You may return certain products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped from the warehouse, and failing to collect the package is not sufficient for cancellation. You must collect the package and return it according to the return instructions. The pickup period for the package is stated at the time of ordering, and if the package is returned to us uncollected, delivery and return costs will be deducted from your order amount.

For online returns, please note the following return and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the original shipping costs. Even for free deliveries, we will charge the original shipping cost as well as the return and handling fee.

What can I return?

 

Lingerie & underwear

You may try on bras, panties, and period underwear at home. Products may only be tried on over your own underwear. Returned products must be completely unused, in resaleable condition, and all original price tags and labels must be attached. Hygiene seals must be intact and in place.

Acceptance of a return requires that the products are in new condition, show no signs of use, and that all labels are attached.

The right of return does not apply to sealed products or products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seals or tags have been removed after delivery.

 

Sexual wellness products

Sexual wellness products may be returned if the product has not been opened. There is no right of return if the product seal or protective packaging has been removed or damaged, or if the sales packaging is damaged. Condoms and oral dams are non-returnable.

 

Intimate care products

Intimate care products may be returned if the product has not been opened. There is no right of return if the product seal or protective packaging has been removed or damaged, or if the sales packaging is damaged.


 

How do I make a return?

Send a return request message (in Finnish, Swedish, or English)to shop@beksber.com. We will send you detailed return instructions by email.

  1. Check that the product meets the return requirements.
  2. Pack the products as similarly as possible to how you received them.
  3. Send the return according to the instructions provided by email. Do not send the product back before receiving return instructions.
  4. A refund for the returned order will be processed within 2–14 days of receiving the return and will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.


 

What costs are associated with returns?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For online returns, please note the following return and handling fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the original shipping costs. Even for free deliveries, we will charge the original shipping cost as well as the return and handling fee.

How can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please return the product according to the return instructions and then place a new order.


 

What if the product is faulty or defective product?

We are responsible for faults in the products we deliver in accordance with consumer protection law. We are not responsible for faults caused by improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation, usage, or care instructions.

If the product you received is faulty or defective, please contact shop@beksber.com. Please keep the product until your complaint has been processed.

If a warranty has been provided by a party other than BEKSBER, the warranty provider alone is responsible for defects covered by the warranty, not BEKSBER.


Pricing

The value-added tax (VAT) applied to our products is in accordance with the Finnish tax rates.

Prices stated during the ordering process are valid throughout the processing of the order. BEKSBER reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious error in the pricing information in the online store. An obvious pricing error means that the product price clearly and significantly deviates from the product's actual price.

We occasionally offer campaign benefits, discount codes, and other promotions. Benefits are valid for the stated period and according to specific terms. Discount codes must be entered before payment to be applied. Discounts are valid only for the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the campaign. The total price of your order is shown at checkout, and by completing the purchase you confirm acceptance of the price shown in the shopping cart.

Payment service provider

Shopify payments

We use the Shopify Payments payment service provider to process payments for online store orders. The available payment methods in the store include debit and credit card payments via Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Paypal

When you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create an account and then confirm the payment.

Other matters related to shopping in our online store

We reserve the right to restrict customers from making new purchases for up to 12 months if their return behavior is exceptionally frequent or raises suspicion of misuse. This applies especially to repeated, unusually large, or otherwise abnormal purchasing and return behavior.

 

Product information

We make every effort to ensure that product dimensions, materials, and colors are presented as accurately as possible in the online store. Please note that colors may vary depending on your device's display settings. Measurements provided on the site are indicative and intended to help assess the product's model and fit. Use these measurements as a guideline rather than exact values. If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

 

Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the content (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, registered and unregistered designs, database rights, domain names, and goodwill ("Intellectual Property Rights")), as well as all texts, graphics, logos, photographs, and images, are the exclusive property of BEKSBER.

All commercial use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, and transmission of content, is strictly prohibited without the consent of BEKSBER.
