Suitable for

Size 1 Lunette Period Cup is suitable for light to moderate bleeding:

• Spotting: A drop or two of blood, which may not even require the use of menstrual protection, but you might prefer to use some protection anyway.
  
• Very light bleeding: In this case, you should change the least absorbent tampon or pad at least 1-2 times a day, possibly more for comfort.
  
• Light bleeding: Now you need to use a mini or regular size tampon or pad 2-3 times a day, maybe more often.

Can be used after childbirth once menstruation has started.
