Suitable for

Size 2 Lunette Period Cup is suitable for moderate and heavy flow:

• Moderate flow: A regular-sized tampon or pad should be changed every 3-4 hours, or more frequently.
• Heavy flow: In this situation, maximum absorbency products should be used, meaning a highly absorbent tampon or pad must be changed every 3-4 hours, or more often.
• Very heavy flow: In this case, traditional protection is no longer sufficient: the most absorbent tampon available at any store should be changed every hour or two.

Can be used after childbirth once menstruation has started.
